South Delhi Homoeopathic Association (SDHA) Successfully Concludes 32nd KENT MEMORIAL LECTURES
The South Delhi Homoeopathic Association (SDHA) successfully hosted its annual event, the KENT MEMORIAL LECTURES, on September 15, 2024, at PHD House, New Delhi.
Theme and Focus:
The 32nd edition of KML focused on “Insights into Uro-Gynecology & Modernization of Homoeopathy in the Light of Artificial Intelligence (AI).” This theme reflected the growing importance of AI in healthcare and the need for homoeopathic practitioners to stay updated with modern advancements.
Distinguished Guests and Speakers:
The event was graced by several eminent personalities from the field of homoeopathy. Dr. Anil Khurana, Chairman of the National Commission for Homoeopathy, was the Chief Guest. Dr. Sangeeta Duggal, Advisor to the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and Dr. Raman Mohan Singh, Director of the Pharmacopoeia Commission of ISM and H, presided as Guests of Honor.
Senior stalwarts like Dr. J.D. Daryani from Jaipur, Dr. S.M. Singh from Allahabad, and Dr. S.P.S Bakshi, CMD of Baksons Group, also graced the occasion.
Academic Sessions and Felicitation:
The academic sessions, featuring renowned speakers like Dr. Mona Mathur, Dr. Taniyaa Bakshi, Dr. Jawahar Shah, Dr. Girish Gupta, Dr. Shama Rao, and Dr. Subhash Chaudhary, were well-received by the over 200 delegates from Delhi NCR.
The event began with a Saraswati Vandana by Dr. Purnima Shukla and Dr. Bhavna Malhotra, followed by the felicitation of guests and the toppers of Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Dr. B.R. Sur Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, and Baksons Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital. Dr. Shailja Nayyar, President of SDHA, delivered the vote of thanks.
Valedictory Session:
The valedictory session was presided over by Dr. Nirmal Jit Singh and Neeraj Gupta, where exhibitors were felicitated. The event concluded with a group photograph and the National Anthem.
